SHIPPING & DELIVERY

White Glove Delivery

Delivery charges are based upon your zip code and include inspection, assembly, setup of your outdoor furniture, and trash removal. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is not possible for us to provide an exact time of your delivery. Our Delivery Department will contact you the day before your scheduled delivery with a four-hour estimate of your delivery time. You may also leave special instructions for us to call 30 to 60 minutes prior to your delivery, so our delivery team can be met on site.

If, for any reason, it is necessary for you to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery. Failure to notify us of any changes after the delivery has been confirmed will result in an additional delivery charge. If you have any questions about your delivery, please get in touch with your Project Manager.

Freight Delivery

Merchandise shipped via a freight carrier for delivery is expected to arrive within approximately 3-10 business days from the date it leaves our manufacturer's distribution warehouse. Deliveries occur during regular weekday business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and will be delivered curbside. The carrier will contact you 1-2 days prior to making the delivery to schedule a specific delivery day.

Additional charges may apply for remote locations not easily accessible.

We cannot guarantee a specific time period or time of day for deliveries. The carrier will not hold merchandise for more than 3 days without you incurring additional storage fees. Someone must be present to sign for the merchandise. In the event there is any obvious freight damage, you must refuse the damaged pieces.

Please note that any additional assembly required is not the responsibility of the shipper or carrier. All purchases must be paid in full prior to delivery or pick-up.

EXPECTED DELIVERY DATES

All products are shipped from our manufacturer's distribution centers across the country. Please take transit time to your location into account when ordering from Chair King Backyard Store B2B. Standard transit times within the U.S. vary, depending on the destination and weather conditions.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS

If you need your order delivered by a certain date or need to delay shipment, please contact us before placing your order.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATIONS

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number.

The shipping carrier will contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to the delivery address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. For these services, opt for White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery and contact your Project Manager.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Changes to your delivery address can be made for free before your order has shipped. After you receive the shipping notification email, charges will incur if you need to change your delivery address. Please contact your Project Manager to update your delivery address.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax is determined by the state in which your order is being shipped. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order total at checkout.

What is your return policy?

All orders are specific to our clients, and we do not accept returns on custom orders. However, if the product is damaged during delivery, please contact your Project Manager for help.
