Usage Directions:
- New teak: first clean with our Teak Cleaner to remove some of the natural teak oils (or weather for 2 weeks outside before treatment).
- Before using the TEAK PROTECTOR on dark gray teak, clean the wood with a teak cleaner. If cleaned wood feels rough, sand lightly before treating with TEAK PROTECTOR.
- Make sure the teak is 100% dry and free of dust.
- Shake for at least one minute before use. Apply a thin layer of TEAK PROTECTOR with a soft cloth.
- Allow to dry for 4 hours and then apply a second thin coat of TEAK PROTECTOR. Let the teak dry for 48 hours before exposure to moisture.
- It is recommended that you treat your teak furniture with TEAK PROTECTOR a few times per year. Tabletops should be treated more often.

Note: Test the TEAK PROTECTOR on a small area first (e.g. the back of a leg) to judge if the color meets your expectations. If color or texture is affected do not use.
